At Rouken Glen Veterinary Surgery we offer socialisation classes for puppies aged between 9-14 weeks. 
Socialisation is an important part of a dog's life and the experiences they learn in the first few months is the starting point in helping them become happy, obedient and well socialised dogs.
 
The course is made up of four one hour sessions.  For more information of when the next course is starting, please call the surgery on 0141 620 2580.
 
These classes are informative and fun. The number of puppies allowed on each course is limited so please ensure you reserve your place. If you are a member of our Healthy Pet Club, the puppy socialisation is free. For all non members the 4 week course fee is £30.
 
What happens at puppy parties?

Your puppy will learn vital socialisation skills and experience controlled but enjoyable play.
 
Our nurses can help with any problems that you may have with toilet training, play biting, walking on a lead, etc.
 
They will have positive experiences in our veterinary surgery, have a tour of the practice and familiarise themselves with the veterinary staff.
 
We will discuss flea treatment, worming, neutering, nutrition, microchipping, insurance and how to help you have a happy and healthy dog.
 
A veterinary surgeon will be present on the last week to examine your puppy and offer any advice you require.
